Labor seeks hosting for cloub-based public disclosure website
The Labor Department's Employee Benefits and Security Administration is looking for a vendor to provide FedRAMP cloud hosting services for a public-facing website for its Public Disclosure System.
The EPDS application contains a 12TB database of PDF forms, which is growing about 450GB a year, according to the request for information.
the public disclosure system site would allow for basic and advanced searches of filing, including downloads of data and images. EBSA also wants mechanisms for bulk retrieval of data, software, and virtual machine images, as well as for tracking system usage and online reporting for users’ statuses.
The services will consist of the cloud hosting. EBSA will provide the application, maintenance and enhancements.
