DOD wants cloud-based management system for HR
Human resource officials at the Defense Department are considering a cloud-based enterprisewide task management system.
In a new sources sought notice, the Defense Human Resources Activity said it wants to use a software as a service model to streamline cross-organizational task management systems for as many as 5,250 users. The effort is a response to a 2015 DOD memo regarding the Correspondence and Task Management System.
The system must provide interoperability with CATMS and support disaster recovery, continuance of operations and services such as system administration and maintenance, adoption services, and training and technical support.
DHRA expects to award a five-year contract.
Responses are due by March 9.
